Salon Policies
If you are not completely satisfied with your Aveda Purchase, you may bring back within 30 days of purchase for exchange or equal or lesser value. No returns on tools, makeup or sale items. We take exceptional pride in our work. If you are not 100% satisfied, please do not hesitate to come back or give us a call within 3 days of your service to make any adjustments. We do not give refunds on Aveda products or services. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Policy:
We value you your time, and make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If you are 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered โLateโ and your card may be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to all of our guests, we have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. If you No Show, Cancel or Reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 100% of your services for that day. Please make changes prior to 24 hours of the time of your scheduled appointment. Your credit card information is kept on file to guarantee your appointments. You have the option to prepay or buy a gift card if your credit card information is not kept on file.
Child Safety Policy:
Children are only permitted in the salon area when receiving services. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests
