Our stylists have over 30 years in the industry and are diligent in continuing their education to stay current on the latest trends. We are specialists in creating everyday wear haircuts and hair coloring. Here are some things for you to know to set us all up for a successful first visit.
During your thorough consultation we will ask in-depth questions to ensure you get exactly what you need each visit. You will feel listened to and have a clear understanding as to what you can expect at the end of your reservation, and know if future appointments will be required to get you to your hair goals.
When preparing for your reservation, please come with you hair styled in a way that you like to wear your hair. Please bring any hair pictures of styles you like or even dislike, including pictures of yourself or even hair goals of where you would like to be. This allows us to really get to know your personal style.

In a small plaza with Mannino’s Pizza and Wild West Western store, look for the “big boot.”
parking
There is parking directly in front of the salon as well as around the back of the salon for your convenience. Spaces are small from being an older plaza. We do have two suites and four doors, so feel free to use what is convenient!
payments
We accept all forms of payment, cash, credit card, apple pay, debit card. We highly encourage you to use Zelle to avoid a 3% credit card convenience fee. Tips are graciously accepted.

We have complimentary WiFi, selection of snacks and drinks of water, Aveda tea, coffee, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, white or red wine, champagne, and beer. Please ask a member of our team to assist you anytime during your visit.

During your consultation we will provide a moment of wellness with a short breathing exercise to help you unwind for a relaxing experience, or a complimentary hand massage while your hair color or treatment is processing. Feel free to ask for a quiet appointment if you are looking for no excess chit chat. During your visit feel free to work with our free Wi-Fi, read, or close your eyes and rest. Every visit includes a hot towel neck wrap and relaxing scalp massage. Feel free to close your eyes and enjoy your “me” time.

We just finished your gorgeous look, and your confidence is through the roof! We’ll get your services and home haircare products rung up and make a plan together for what we will do next appointment, when it should be, and get that booked for you. Then it is time to enjoy your beautiful new look!
Suggested Maintenance Schedule:
Clipper & Short Haircut: 3-5 weeks
Medium Haircut: 5-7 weeks
Long Haircut: 7-10 weeks
Curly Haircut: 10-12 weeks
Color Touch up: 3-6 weeks
Highlights: 6-10 weeks
Specialty Hair Color: 8-12 weeks

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our guests, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel, no show, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be automatically charged 100% of your scheduled services. Your card is kept encrypted on file to guarantee your future appointments. Deposits are non refundable.
Late Policy
We value your time and make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Please note that if you are 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered “late” and your card may be charged up to 100% of the services you were scheduled.
Service Adjustment
We take exceptional pride in our work. If you are not 100% satisfied, please do not hesitate to come back, or give us a call or text within 3 days of your service to make any adjustments. We do not give refunds on services. Thank you for your understanding.
Home Hair Care Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your Aveda Purchase, you may bring back within 30 days of purchase for exchange or equal or lesser value. No returns on tools, makeup, or sale items.
